Chicken thighs in a Pyrex 9x9.
Squeeze a lemon over them.

Mix 1/2-3/4c mayo, 2T grated Parmesan cheese, whatever Italian herbs/spices you fancy

Spread mixture over chicken.

Bake at 350° for 20 min. Check it.

Bake at 375°. Check temp every 5 until 160°

Mine (9&11) are children’s museum connoisseurs. They said it felt like a children’s museum; played for 2.5 hours while my husband & BIL mingled.
