I just started watching the NHL again after many years of not — when did teams start wearing hockey pants the same color as jerseys? I much prefer the accent color pants. The all one color looks like pajamas.

FWIW, the Giants started the 2000 season 7-11 and had an 8-game losing streak in May and still won 97 games and the division.

The 2010 Giants had a 7-game losing streak and won the World Series.
