Who’s doing same jersey & pants colors? Lots of teams. The Penguins tonight.

I just started watching the NHL again after many years of not — when did teams start wearing hockey pants the same color as jerseys? I much prefer the accent color pants. The all one color looks like pajamas.

Credit where it’s due. That game might have turned the Giants season around.

Please stop using Ryan Walker as a closer. I beg you.

Is Vitello
hitting Devers in the cleanup spot to help Devers’ confidence? If so, it’s not working. If not, I don’t know man. I don’t know.

Really wish the baseball team I rooted for could pitch & catch the ball.

At the plate, yes. Not excusing Bader’s offense but his defense has been solid.

FWIW, the Giants started the 2000 season 7-11 and had an 8-game losing streak in May and still won 97 games and the division.

The 2010 Giants had a 7-game losing streak and won the World Series.

It's possible, but the 2026 Giants need to start winning consistently.

Giants had a 7 game losing streak in 2010 and won the WS. Giants had an 8 game losing streak in 2000 and won the division (and lost to the Mets in the NLDS)

Boog Sciambi on the Cubs broadcast today in game against Mets: In last 10 years, 59 teams have started the season 7-12. Only 3 made the postseason.

Hear that @sfgiants.com fans?

The Padres, notoriously referred to a "small market" team. San Diego is the #30 media market in the US, just behind PIT & BWI. A couple spots ahead of MCI. It's the 18th largest metropolitan statistical area behind TPA, MSP, & SEA, ahead of DEN & a couple ahead of BWI and STL.

Owners can compete.

The way Macklin sort of collapses into his line mates after breaking the record reminded me of how Posey collapsed into Bumgarner after the final out of 2014 WS Game 7.

Celebrini broke the record!!! 115 points in a single season for the Sharks. Incredible. #SJSharks

Oh and Celebrini is only 19!

With 2 assists in the 1st period tonight, Macklin Celebrini has tied Joe Thornton’s Sharks record for points in a season. And two more periods to play in the final game of the season. #SJSharks

Play Susac until he comes back to earth. Then see what makes the most sense each game.

At least he acknowledges there will be "future Presidents."

Mike Trout is a rabid Philly Eagles fan. So is Artemis II astronaut Christina Koch.

Koch took a bunch of confetti she'd saved from the Eagles Super Bowl LIX win and sprinkled it on the moon.

Now Mike Trout is smashing the ball like it's 2019.

Coincidence?

Agree! It seems like they do it to drum up drama but the two sets this season are so boring.

This Artemis II astronaut brought Philadelphia Eagles' Super Bowl confetti around the moon Christina Koch, one of the four astronauts on Artemis II, says she flew confetti from the Philadelphia Eagles' Super Bowl LIX victory around the moon during the crew's historic trip.

Maybe noted Eagles fan Mike Trout has special powers now.

Jason Benetti made sure to specify on the Tigers broadcast that Jackie faced racism, thankfully.
