He was apparently initially charged with a felony for risk of injury to a child, but pled down to a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.

When police questioned the teenagers about the vandalism, they initially said Carroll hadn’t taken part, then admitted he had and they’d been asked to lie about it to keep him out of trouble.
In 2017, at age 35, Michael Carroll was accused of vandalizing 9 private properties and North Stonington town signs along with a 15 and 16-year-old, including drawing “multiple swastikas,” “references to the KKK,” “anti-semitic notes,” and, of course, “the word ‘Trump.’”

Based on details in an older news report (link to archived version below), this CT Insider article somewhat downplays what Carroll allegedly did. www.ctinsider.com/connecticut/...
“Who run Bartertown?”
How the hell can you cause $250 million in damages to a reputation that’s worth less than a Coke and a Snickers?
Not only does this sound like the most obvious insta-nolle of all time, but that cop is going to be eating several bowls of shit and I doubt if anyone will even pass him the salt.

He’s the kind of infallible pontiff you could have an Old Style with.

Daniel J. Lenerz, Esq. signed off on letting pro-Trump seditionists go free, rather than resign with a modicum of dignity, and he helps **choose judges?!**🤮
What must it be like to be so pathetically beholden to power that you’d fold your principles like an origami crane? jnc.dc.gov/biography/da...
That’s the only way I found to make that business work. “I will always be polite to you, but never lie to me, make sure you pay your bill on time, and when I say ‘please stop talking,’ that means shut the hell up.”
I’m still hunting for Betsy McCaughey’s drubbing from later that decade, if you know where that is.
The latter. He’s then going to claim his understanding is that Iran agreed to no uranium enrichment, then Iran will say that they always reserved the right to enrich for power generation, and then he’ll blow something up and tank the markets again.
“Our great Military is Loading Up and Resting, looking forward, actually, to it’s next Conquest.”
It’s like if Hitler c. 1940 had shittier grammar.
I love the idea that a military parade and a few grants for towns to hire a tricorn cosplayer to read the Declaration of Independence for twenty people will be what turns this around for the “shoot civilians in the streets and lose wars in record time” crowd.
This country was built on optimism!
I believe the Senior Pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church should be able to oppose war crimes and the oppression of the working class at the same time.
… Well, how fresh of a potato are we talking about?
I know it’s damning with faint praise in a way, but I honestly can’t think of any senator doing a better job right now. His view on impeachment is clear. He objected to UC on the DHS funding bill. We’d be way better off with him as party leader.

Is that a Jesus thing or a Michigan won by a ridiculous margin thing?
Chris is actually doing the work with the tools he has, and spreading the blame to the entire Cabinet is smart framing.

I will note for the record that Shumate is the signing attorney.
Would refusing to discipline the person who posted that and leaving it up be Markwaynejimbob’s first impeachable offense, or did I miss one already?
I would have thought you’d use Sneed’s Feed & Seed, but I guess business dropped when they changed ownership.
Whoever replaces him must be hale and hearty enough to swing the axe that cuts down the banners of his face hanging around DC. They should do that in lieu of going to inaugural balls.
Your statement was that something has to be proven in a court to be a crime. That’s not correct by any stretch. Whether or not a crime is successfully prosecuted is a wildly different question from whether or not it exists.
That’s obscenely tautological, and obscenely wrong.
