You as well! I’ll definitely reach out whenever I finally get around to visiting Dublin in case you’d like to pop over
Thank you! ☺️
Sounds good!
All that remains of my stock are two paperbacks (Neuen & Blessed is the Rot) which makes for a much lighter return journey.
Note to self for my next bookcon: Bring extra copies of the book you recommend people start the series reading (aka Nytho). Nytho sold out a day early, good problem to have.
And that’s a wrap for my first Eastercon! What an awesome time with lots of lovely people.
Same! Yeah the negatives of a big con are how hard it seems to be bumping into someone again. I’ll be at Eurocon if you had planned to go. Otherwise I’ll definitely be coming to other Eastercons and the like in the UK 😁
Love it ☺️
Lastly, the Eastercon daily newsletter is just too fun! I found the tiny chairs piece especially endearing. Who is/are the mystery culprit/s?! 😅
I also got to chat with plenty of cool SF readers and writers who swung by my booth in the dealer room, including Eurocon’s very own Claudia Rapp. Eurocon is my next planned bookcon, and I’m already quite excited for it 😎
Day two of Eastercon (@iridescence_2026 ) featured plenty! I was on two panels back-to-back and had a great time on both. Thanks to
@laurenwrites.bsky.social for snapping this pic of the Robot Overlords one ☺️
Day one of Eastercon down! Tomorrow is two panels back-to-back then more time manning my table 😮💨
Neat! Just a bit less decrepit maybe 😅
Then, I moseyed over to Saint Martin’s church. It ended up being smack dab in the middle of a kind of shopping plaza which I didn’t really expect. It’s strange visiting a place that you first saw in your mind’s eye.
First, I visited the canal district, featuring the Cube Hotel and its (seemingly desolate) shopping area on the lower floors. I guess they’re still building it?
Birmingham scenes that inspired parts of my dark science fantasy novel, Blessed is the Rot. For those who have read the novel, can you place these? Hint: Consider the Old World.
Anddd I’m in Birmingham without any major issues. Con fun starts tomorrow 😎

Thank you!
All packed and ready to head to the UK for Eastercon! Here’s hoping the train rides go smoothly 🤞
Novel #2 of my Alfom series, Neuen, got reviewed in the March issue of the SF magazine Interzone!
interzone.press/iz-304
You have to buy the issue to read the review, but this pic sums up Kelly Jennings‘s sentiments nicely.
Blessed is the Link ebook is formatted. Let’s see if I can manage to knock out the print copy formatting over the next day or two 🤞
Paper Airplane Poet was purchased by Clarkesworld and should be out in the next few months.
My novels (Nytho, Neuen, and Blessed is the Rot) are available for purchase as ebooks, paperbacks, and hardcovers from various distributors (not Amazon exclusives)
The Badge, Rogue, and To Keep the Non-Euclidean at Bay are all available for free with my newsletter sign up (see my Linktree) or else for purchase.
The Seed and Wireworks are available for free on Clarkesworld Magazine’s website:

For those that have asked/are curious, here is the current suggested reading order for my Alfom series (double lines indicate directly related stories):
The Badge = Nytho - The Seed - Rogue = Neuen - Wireworks - To Keep the Non-Euclidean at Bay = Paper Airplane Poet = Blessed is the Rot
Yes!
It’s done via BookFunnel! You have to sign up for an account then search through the group promos. BookFunnel has good guides on the process.
Thank you!
