That's so cool! My grandfather was a trucker, during the era the book is set in, so his stories inspired a lot of it. I'm sure it's absolutely riddled with inaccuracies because there's no substitute to real experience, so apologies for that 😅 I plan for audio someday but it might not be soon.

It's a fusion of the best parts of "Pitch Black", "The Mist", and "Iron Lung".

The author's choice of '80s Romania as the backdrop imparts an omnipresent unease that melds and conflicts with the cosmic horror threat.
