The @talkhub.bsky.social unsung hero award went to Craig who’s a valued member of our group. We met last year whilst he was watching one of our matches so we invited him to join us. He’s turned up to nearly every one since. We got him an Everton flag as a surprise too as he’s a big blue 💙

Made up to of ticked the Edinburgh derby off my list. Wanted to go to it for years and it didn’t disappoint. Finally got to hear Sunshine on Leith for myself 🙌
I completed the @livingworkseducation ASIST course (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills) 2 day course today which will enable me to have the skills to carry out suicide interventions safely & in the correct way by using the PAL (Pathway for Assisting Life) model with @talkhub.bsky.social 💙

The age range for bowel cancer screening is now between the ages of 50-74.

I’m made up @talkhub.bsky.social has been awarded £500 from the Warrington Charities Trust for a new Talking space we will be creating at Optimal boxing gym and also to help publicise our group. Can’t wait to get started 😃

@talkhub.bsky.social 5 year anniversary men’s walk & talk today 💙A brilliant turn out from the lads for our walk to celebrate 5 years since our first ever one. It was great to see some new & old faces join us & we really enjoyed getting out for an hour & a half for a walk around Walton Gardens 💙
This really was a team effort and we are very grateful for everyone’s contribution today 🙏
The money will be put towards the cost of the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training two day course at the end of this month & will help me to improve my knowledge and skills 💙💚
