Though I would also say that to the extent that this will relieve faculty of non major advising duties, not all will honestly hate this. Not all faculty are impactful advisors.

I recently heard someone say something along the lines of “no one likes AI.” This is one of those times when we all need to broaden our understanding of other realities. Corporations, businesses and many educational concerns LOVE ai. This is not likely to change anytime soon.

Too many of us have had the experience of our employer, or educational institution writing, texting and calling to say that a shooter is among us, run to safety, barricade the door. And if that’s doesn’t work, fight like your life depends on it. Too many of us have received this message.
