- we need systems Change (educational institutions and #healthcare organizations)
- priority populations musst be at the forefront of every effort
- meaningful #participation to derive culturally sensitive, effective and meaningful solutions

2 days of #EPH2025 so far, including our pre-conference workshop on #healthliteracy and a roundtable on #mentalhealth. To me, the essence seems to be:
- there are no simple or easy solutions
- individual interventions won‘t be the answer
- we need political support, cross-sectoral collaboration

Just had the loveliest encounter. The person who picked me up from the airport showed me around and told me about the time he grew up around Vantaa. Where he used to race his friends on his motorcycle, which building used to be a sugar factory, printing company and whatnot.

I‘m a bit stressed regarding the preparations, but we‘ve got quite a number of events lined up this year.
The first one is our HLIT preconference on school #healthliteracy with a number of international experts involved.
Tuesday 11th, 1:30pm to 5pm ✌️
Dear #healthliteracy & #healthcommunication people: are you aware of (visual) information materials for schools and Kindergarten that are used to promote #diseaseprevention? Not regarding washing hands but more about keeping children at home when they are unwell.
