What we have now is a million chatbots and a tool that summarizes emails you receive that were probably drafted by another tool that generates emails based on a summary from a human. Is this more efficient? Should I just be sending bullet point emails w/ incomplete sentences and cut the middle men?

Is the AI push still running on hype for what it *could* become at some nebulous point in the future, or have we reached the sunk cost fallacy already? Like companies are tripping over themselves to implement AI into a process flow before even finding actual use cases still.
