Kentuckians defeated the voucher amendment to change the Constitution 120-0. Not one county in Ky voted to support vouchers
The Constitution + Overwhelming Vote should mean the end of it, but the Supermajority GOP: Nah

The 9/11 Security Fee collects $4.49 billion annually from passengers sold as TSA funding. Congress can legally redirect it anytime and has since 2013. Either make it a protected trust fund Congress cannot touch or abolish it. You cannot charge passengers for security and spend it on the deficit.
