I had an SVT episode last night, and my heart got stuck out of rhythm at 200 beats per minute. It took me over an hour but I avoided the ambulance ride and adenosine for the first time ever! And the second I realized I was in SVT, Mittens was right there the whole time coaching me through it. #svt
