Quick intro 👋! I help scientists use ML in their research. My background is in structural biology, but I now mostly post about FOSS topics. I've worked on tools for manifolds and autodiff, but these days I mostly focus on tools for Bayesian analysis, e.g. ArviZ. In my free time, I powerlift.

Machine Learning ⇌ Science Colaboratory We help you to apply ML for your research. The ML ⇌ Science Colaboratory is a special unit of the Cluster of Excellence "Machine Learning: new perspectives in Science" at the University of Tübingen.

Hello BlueSky! At the ML ⇌ Science Colaboratory, part of the @ml4science.bsky.social cluster @unituebingen.bsky.social , we are working to accelerate scientific discovery with #MachineLearning through workshops, consultations, cooperations, and software. Follow our work here or at mlcolab.org
