Yeah, I mean, could have been way way worse here than it just dying because it's older. Very, very thankful that this didn't all happen during winter or along with any flooding.
Still an expensive pain in the ass, for sure.

Tapers must be protected
Alright, I’m home now so here’s the Norm update. Yesterday at 4pm, I got a text from a family I’ve been helping who had a loved one abducted a couple of days after Renée Good’s murder. This was the family that Norm Nation kept from being evicted (and you delivered). ICE had released their loved one.

A lot about the world is very heavy right now but if a college football podcast that got jettisoned by Vox during the pandemic for not having a marketable audience can raise this much money for refugees in Atlanta in two days then just think of all the stuff we can all do together

A very low quality screen grab of the scene in Cool Hand Luke where Luke is yelling at God to take his life any old time he wants, as long as God shows him he's there. Luke concludes that he is "just standing in the rain."
Did sound for the incredible Maurice Louca quartet last night, I'm helping with sound for a Tuvan throat singing trio tonight, when I get home I'm going to watch Cool Hand Luke while the storms hit, and tomorrow I'm seeing sunn0))). Band practice with Aseethe in there somewhere, too.

NEW: Deepfake abuse incidents have been documented at schools in 88 countries, according to research by @wired.com and @indicator.media. One conclusion experts draw is that this is like other types of sexual violence: “Increasingly, the intent is humiliation, denigration, and social control.”
instead of posh hungarian baths & too much IG making you a bit jel, how about this. someone in your family has died, they kept getting discharged by various NHS teams for reasons you can't fathom but it's made the person who was caring for them in your family non-verbal. you book a train for the
