Today, MinKwon Center for Community Action joined the D.C. rally held in front of the Supreme Court where the first oral argument in the birthright citizenship lawsuit took place.

MinKwon Center for Community Action, the convener of APA VOICE, the largest coalition of groups seeking full participation of APA’s in the 2030 Census was invited to NYC Council Speaker Julie Menin’s press conference on National Day, April 1st, 2026, four years before the 2030 Census is released.

Liz OuYang, senior advisor to MinKwon, presented at the New York State Redistricting Update briefing hosted by the NYS Redistricting Coalition. NY's redistriciting process has diluted the voting power of AAPI communites. With redistriciting on the table, we must fight for fair redistricting in NY!
Last week, MinKwon Center travelled to Albany, New York for the NYIC Member Congress where we marched and advocated for issues that deeply impact our communities.
