Also you should look into community resources in your area. It's variable but most are surprised at the amount of programs that can help if you just walk in and are willing to do paperwork

I really think you need to think about the sad stuff. It's a part of being human. Therapizing it or medicating it away isn't actually processing :( They might help you be stable enough to process if that's what you need but emotions are human even or especially ugly ones

me to me: you know you really should branch out from the strange fanfiction sometimes. nothing wrong with weird or unusual romances, but some published books would be good, a varied diet and all that.
