For thematic inspiration with me, i heavily lean on introspection and conveying that either directly or through metaphor. For creative inspiration it's usually sharp, dark, moody images, heavy music, or poignant storytelling. Sometimes it's as simple as a random idea that i can't get rid of.
Genuinely loved reading this. Between self-doubt, fear of failure, and (potential) adhd, I struggle with even approaching working on art unless I'm inspired. All great things to keep in mind.

Honestly, I just want to make art consistently. But to be more ambitious than that I want to improve and expand upon my character designing and illustrating skills, not hate what I make, and get work started on my graphic novel project.
