as far as healing from what's going one in the world, I just finished 'the Nature Fix' by Florence Williams and I think it could help you. 'why nature makes us happier, healthier, and more creative'. getting the trauma outside of your head is always a good idea, whether others listen or not
my favorite rendition, though gone too quickly. this poem is dense and when I hear it, I need time to properly absorb the imagery. reading and rereading words on a page at one's own pace is a luxury.
