It is after midnight, and the Speaker of the House just released a new bill that would reauthorize our intelligence community to conduct warrantless surveillance under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act for the next 5 years. This is no way to govern. You deserve better.

Congress must clean house and earn the trust of the American people. That starts with one simple principle: do your duty under our Constitution.

President Trump’s Big Brutal Bill, unconstitutional tariffs, and costly wars of choice are failing America’s small businesses and costing every American big time.

The students of Nashua High School South are America’s future, and I’ve been so proud to see them in action here in Congress.

The fight to protect and defend our Constitution’s citizenship clause began in NH. Today, that case is before the Supreme Court. While our Constitution doesn’t always give us the gift of clarity, the 14th Amendment is clear: if you were born in America, you are an American citizen. Period.

At the Lincoln Police Dept., I saw firsthand how NH Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force is protecting kids across NH. K9 Watson and this team are doing lifesaving work. I will not rest until we deliver the federal support they deserve to keep our communities safe.

Grateful to join local leaders, public safety officials, and small business owners in Littleton this afternoon. I’m listening to what’s working and where gaps remain. We’re cutting through red tape to focus on what this community needs to grow.
