I love helping people make their own games, even as a freeware hobby, to keep imagination in our lives. We all did it as kids, but many people leave it behind into adulthood. Thinking up things that aren't is an important skill. Discussing how an alien would design a ship is a fun way to practice it

So yeah. Siknce the Switch was a announced, I had called how the transition to the follow up console would go. It's all STILL going according to Iwata's plan.

Having a strong, consistent software library that seamlessly continue from one hardware to the next was the last project Iwata worked on, and we're ony seeing it taking effect now. The man was reaaaaaaly playing the long game. Even pointed to Apple and Windows never reseting the library each release

Because as much as the internet hate it, it sold very well. xD
