Hi Lynnie. Agreed. My article is about the problem of evil in a very high level view, not specifically about any of the atrocities of war committed on either side. America, IMO, made a horrific decision to use the A bomb twice on civilian populations as a way to frighten the Soviets.

My article is about the persistence of evil. The massacre at Nanking, the slavery in Burma, the Holocaust, and the use of Nuclear weapons are the evils. How the leaders who made those choices can live with themselves is of great interest. How can people be so brutal and uncaring/inhumane?

History is written by the victor but, that doesn't always mean it is biased.
