In AI entrepreneurship, if you want to position yourself early, it's best to focus on the relations of production rather than the productive forces, as the space for productive forces is nearly saturated .

Don't chase trends in LLM,
Don't show off Prompts,
Focus on AI Agent x Business.
๐ซก
Focus less on chasing Agent product trends and more on discussing the pain points of entrepreneurs' businesses.

Human -> Browser -> HTTP -> Web Server
LLM -> MCP Client -> MCP -> MCP Server
My job takes up all my time, and I can't keep building my career, which makes me unhappy. ๐
On weekdays, I am faced with the trivial matters of work, and on weekends, I am faced with spending time with my family. I am unable to focus on my own affairs with a calm mind. I believe that freedom of attention is a precious thing.
Software development, I learned to think structurally.
Product design, I learned to think like a user.
But what I really should have learned was to think like a seller.
Sell yourself, Sell Your Work.

So let the world benefit from your work.
โ Indiehacker's slogan

Before, film, camera, director, centralized creation.
Now, short videos, iPhones, individuals, decentralized creation.
Before, software/games, expertise, companies, centralized creation.
Now, software/games, AI Coding, individuals, decentralized creation.
A new era of creativity has arrived.

Hi, bro. Great advice.
3. Product Discord: Every product deserves a Discord chat group to get timely feedback from users and discuss product features with them.
2. Web Pages: develop only static web pages with CursorAI like product prototypes, implement SEO strategies, test user willingness to pay.
Hi, Indie Hacker. marketing strategies that I think work, what do you think?
1. Personal IP: build trust with the customer base you serve, make them remember you at X.com, Reddit.com.

I don't outsource 100% to cursor ai, anymore. Regarding the coding, my efforts are more invested in planning out the rules and prompts, and I'll be in control of everything.
Product: Research successful products, find the pain points of customers who use it, and realize PMF with single point breakthrough.
Development: leave the work to Cursor AI, never focus on coding.
Remind yourself repeatedly: โ ๏ธโ ๏ธโ ๏ธ
Marketing > Product > Development.
Marketing: go into places where customers gather to become KOL, test the willingness to pay for products with static web pages, and build Discord communities for each product.

SaaS should not be AI for the sake of AI, but essentially solve customer problems.
AI is a capability, it has to be integrated in the workflow, don't force insert the user to operate AI.

If the project is to optimise code or build a single web page, I'd go for the free version of Cursor, with better control over my code updates via the Ask method, and I don't need to pay $20 a month.
Being skilled in AI coding, I'm more focused on user needs insights and product growth.

If the project is from 0 to 1, I would choose Cline for VSCode, configure the .clinerules file and cline_docs directory file ahead of time, and complete the build via Agent and MCP capabilities.

Thanks to Cursor for helping me.
I built FreelancerBio.com in a week and it's about to ship.

Step 3: Self-motivation service for their independent work - Saffron.bot
In short, I'm focusing on serving one group of people, building a product and creating a community.
Do you think my idea will work?

I'm building Freelance's SaaS in 3 main steps:
Step 1: Create personal brand marketing for them and get collaboration - FreelancerBio.com
Step 2: Create a flexible work time management tool for them - FlexTime.ai
As for AI coding, I have used Cline and Cursor for a week each and have come to the conclusion that Cursor is the way to go.
Although Cline's agent and MCP capabilities are good, it tends to go into a dead loop, so I have to "plan" before "act".
Please tell us about your coding work.

Hi, bro.
What is your Ideal Customer Portrait (ICP)?
How do you define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)?

The lower your payback period goes, the stronger your product-market fit.

Start by building products for yourself, be your own first customer, and then find customers with similar needs.
This is a better way for Indie Hackers to succeed.

I always remind myself: focus on systems, not goals.
Build your own life system that
Life System = Freedom + Achievement + Higher Order Awareness

In marketing, I really like the theory of STP and 4P, my understanding of Segmentation and Targeting is the demand, Positioning is the product, figure out these and then think about the 4P theory of Price, Promotion, Place. #indiehacker #marketing
Client Impact: Become a member of the client service community, speak out and interact with others more often.
