Took us 6 years but we finally trekked to Ucluelet on the wild rugged west coast of Vancouver Island, the town where a small little known show called Shogun was filmed.

Still obsessed to call this island my home.

Did a kettlebell tabata workout yesterday and woke up feeling like the David and also like Jabba the Hutt.

David butt, Jabba gut.

I'm a dad so I have seen K-Pop Demon Hunters 15+ times since September and I still cry at the What It Sounds Like sequence. This film goes H.A.M. with horror, humour, bangers, ballads, fight sequences and (more than anything) humanity.

Can't wait for the next watch.
