From a kinda outsiders perspective a lot of this was masked in the past by the “we don’t have a home” issue. Now that excuse has gone the fundamentals of club structure, leadership, coaching and players needs addressing. Forget coaching you need a dynamic CEO with guts to strip it all back.

Woke up to messages from NZ friends asking all about Mike Blair. Tbh look at his time at Edinburgh as well as Glasgow. Edinburgh weren’t the sorry state they are now.
