Another super proud day for the Barrientos lab! @sabrina_mackey_alfonso passed her dissertation defense with flying colors! And her research presentation was phenomenal! 🥳🎉👏🏼👏🏼Well done Dr. Mackey-Alfonso!! One degree (PhD👩🏻‍🎓) down, one (MD) to go!

Today is a proud day for the Barrientos lab. Graduate student Jade Blackwell went from PhD candidate to Dr. Blackwell!! She defended her dissertation like a ninja 🥷 Congratulations!! 🥳🎉👏🏼🍾💗
