Pov also gives me more freedom to flesh out the story with sensation adjectives that you can't get from reading about someone from the outside

I normally do PoV for stories, especially new story elements, because it makes the protagonist a blank slate.

No need for back stories of character or relationships, no internal conflict of character values with the stories actions (or readers eagerness for the kink)

Yulen could not freely stretch or morph himself like Luffy or Mr. Fantastic. The stretching and squishing only came from outside force, either Yulen's own hands or Webster, as seen in old looney tunes.
