This is supposed to be a gift for a friend whose 40th bday this weekend was Romeo + Juliet themed but during which I was really sick. I'm gonna just cut it in half and mail the top half 😅

Working on a 4x6 colored pencil thing w the print of Leo DiCaprio's shirt from Romeo + Juliet, thought it'd take like 1 hour but 2+ hours in still needs a lot of detail and cleanup and deepening the blue but I'm happy with it so far

Some other notes:
- I used Micron pens w colored pencils and watercolors and found they'd get jammed. That's how the nibs work so I avoid that.
- You'd prob hate fountain or dip pens bc they can scratch paper lots. However they may be good for learning a lighter touch; like training at 20x gravity!

This isn't really answering you but Micron pens are worth fucking up and getting used to. It's wasteful but they're not that expensive. Try some different widths, I've danced around w different ones over the years and found the 10 ones are my fav. Their brush pens are a good way to work on control!
