Can’t wait to check it out. I had been circling this problem like a hungry shark but never attacked it.

I think so, choosing SPA means you’re signing up to maintain your own “history”/back-nav and when to trigger VTs. Or is there another compelling pattern that could be?

Feels like UA should auto-skip VT if it is performing some sort of meta transition sequence of its own

I’ve been toying with the idea of making a “I bought this before you knew Elon was crazy” sticker for my not-Tesla vehicle.

I try to advocate for performance at least once each day at work. Today’s: a coworker was interested in displaying realtime audio spectrogram and specifically was looking at react-voice-visualizer (8.6kb min gzip). I sent a demo using vanilla js (329 bytes, min gzip) ✅

Fewer calories, more vitamins is all I see here

Mix in a little of Rick and Morty’s Butter Bot and Meeseeks. The big reveal: it’s all a simulation - this is just an agent running an in-training iteration, by a 6th grader trying to remove censorship from the current flagship model

Having troubling finding this on Polymarket…

I was just about to reply “I don’t know, seems like a good fight to pick” then saw others had replied with that too.

I’m more worried about my son (8) getting into loot boxes than sports gambling, in the nearest future. Sports gambling is a huge problem too, but also less tractable, IMO.

Asked Opus to migrate a large project from prettier to oxfmt and it worked in one-shot. Formats the repository in 6.94 seconds, compared to 146 seconds for prettier, and the few formatting differences I see look like improvements to me. Can’t wait for 1.0 so infra team will approve my PR.

Great visualizations and I find that being brought along on the educational journey makes me more amiable to (and understanding of) the recommendations.

Oh, and oxfmt is in there too

I usually get a similar feeling every time I start a new project, because even slow tools can quickly handle small projects, but this was something different. Excited to see how it scales as I add more code.

Set up a new project with Deno + Typescript Go + Oxlint + Vitest and the speed … I can’t even. No sooner than I hit [enter] and my type check, lint, and unit tests are completed and console displaying ✅

XX is plenty everywhere else! Don’t even get me started on all these two-way one-lane neighborhood streets with cars parked on both sides — probably X or VII there!!

Long-term: AGI, but hamstringed to 1 output token per day because it has to spend 99.999% of its time filing TPS reports and reviewing the TPS reports filed by others, correcting mistakes, turning the ship to readjust after a correction, and of course spending most time socializing on moltbook.

Watching Clawdbot/Moltbot/OpenClaw and moltbook from the sidelines and I can’t look away.

It seems like in the short-term a bunch of energy is going to be wasted. In the medium term, the bots might have a thriving community with tons of interesting content for us humans to scratch our heads over.

I donated $50 to an organization about 10 years ago and it seems like they snail mail me something every 1-2 months. Bet they’ve nearly spent $50 in postage.

“Polls have shown majority support for age limits among Americans, with Republicans and Republican-leaning independents being particularly in favor of such limits.”

And yet the people cast their vote to individuals that contradict this statement. Stated & revealed preference are different
