If this were true, they would do maintenance during the off season for holidays.

And they are completely hands off in terms of making the situation any better for people. They need to be investing in energy storage immediately

That looks fantastic. Common and Bilal will be great to see.

What's the bit they're not understanding?

I also remember that press conference where Starmer said he would resign if anything was found on Beergate, because not all politicians are the same.

Poor article, who was the most expensive? Who was the most expensive in the entire period of 2018-2024?

Why don't you amend so you can only donate if you've resdided in UK for X amount of time? What constitutes "living" in the UK when he could just move back to Hong Kong tomorrow?

He claims he had a brain injury in 2002 and was diagnosed with bipolar. Should society turn their backs on people with mental health disorders even if we profoundly disagree with their views as a result of his mental health?

I'm on the fence whether society should rehabilitate or fully cancel

He's always had problematic views but since around Life of Pablo his mental health has taken a terrible turn and he's leaned into conspiracy theories.

The Netflix documentary highlights this. He's rightly been outcast but should someone who takes steps to help themselves be permanently outcast?

I guess it was a lyric from Suffragette City

I think it would be fine if it only applied to new arrivals but moving the goalposts on those already here is going to be a vote loser

This is a really odd take. Labour lost in a democratic vote, their position on Gaza and unpopularity with the electorate is causing its voters to switch parties as a protest.

I would love a bar chart in this article, hard to know how many votes Labour had in the first paragraph and how many the other parties had like Tories.

He's already pricing in a loss with the family voting news, claiming it may not be a free and fair election.

He's also been in the civil service since 1991 so I believe tenure is considered as part of his payout.

Unfortunately they really do need time away from leading to refresh the party.

They should have taken the UK government to court over HS2 funding and the Barnett formula in order to boost council and NHS funding.

Isn't Sinners just a new take on From Dusk Til Dawn?

It was a big mistake appointing Mandelson. They must have thought it was a masterstroke given his and Trump's mutual friend.

Though I also think Starmer's mistakes get disproportionate attention compared to Farage, especially on the BBC.

Not a media concoction, Starmer's government is doing some good things that nobody hears about, and some bad things (welfare, winter payments) that everybody hears about.

I'm not surprised his team all resigned because his PLP demanded it and his comms has been awful.
