God awful Switch 2 prices aside, the only announcements that really stuck out to me was that tiny peek at the new Professor Layton game and the Bravely Default remaster. Huge day for both fandoms consisting of only 10 or so people (including me).

I want to say “companies will be companies”, but this sort of greed has to be biblical at this point.

It sucks to see that Nintendo 2 Switch direct do everything right only for the prices to feel so deflating. I feel like the console itself is fair but games should never be hitting 80 dollars under any circumstance (even if it’s 50 in a bundle). The fact their tech demo game is paid too is INSANE.
