I hadn’t caught it before because I’ve mostly watched the trailer on YouTube for the widescreen, and it’s much less noticeable in that version!

I know it’s been pointed out that “Wings of Victory” was a WWII campaign. But I was watching the trailer on instagram and I noticed that there is also a WWII plane in that shot. Would love to know why they’re heavily referencing 1941 when there aren’t any other historical references in the trailer.
