This is kinda a “kids these days” thing but I just remembered I used to sit in the mmo Ragnarok Online and “sold warps” for extremely small amounts of in game money for hours. Just sat there waiting for hours. Full screen, couldn’t tab out.

I cannot imagine a kid doing that now.
