I loved this session! I want to try this in French with my FSL students.

This is a hand drawn one page summary of Charles Duhigg's book 'Supercommunicators' which uses a mix of words and pictures. It talks about there being 3 kinds of conversation - decision-making, emotional, & social identities and the value of recognising what kind of conversation the person you are talking with wants to have.
