Storing my repo in WSL - really Codex? And a VS Code extension w/o MCP support? Mac CLI it is...

Switched from #claude Code with Opus 4.5 to GPT #codex 5.2 CLI for now, because I keep hitting my 5-hour limit on Claude Pro sub within 1 hour

I also want to verify whether GPT Codex 5.2 High needs less herding than Opus 4.5

Annoying that Codex does not have a good story on #Windows though

A solution is to move the responsibility for secrets out of your services, e.g. on Azure you can use managed identities. Ofc this only applies within the reach of the secrets management service (which you can implement yourself if non exists in your services env)
