I think it highlights 2 big issues for pharmacy:
1. Even if pharmacy personnel aren’t participating in the strike, it will be incredibly disruptive & I really feel for them.
2. The “problems in pharmacy” aren’t just in retail. We’ve got to work on #workplace conditions across the profession.

Absolutely. We have to ask ourselves - is accreditation doing what it’s supposed to be doing? And, if it isn’t, is that the site visitors? Culture of the accrediting body? $$$$? I think it’s ok to be critical, but kind. It’ll overall help our profession.

Accreditation is much like regulation. How can we “snag” the bad players & let the “good” ones do what they need & want? (It’s a rhetorical question, but one I think about a lot….)
