OpenAI Gets Into Media, Buys Streaming Business Talk Show TBPN The red-hot streaming show features newsmaking interviews, with a heavy emphasis on tech. Now they will do it for OpenAI: "The standard communications playbook just doesn't apply to us."

"While we’ve been critical of the industry at times, after getting to know Sam and the OpenAI team, what stood out most was their openness to feedback and commitment to getting this right. " 😂 After reading @ronanfarrow.bsky.social I don't think so.

So @adobe.com creative cloud is having major issues, I can't even create a miserable social media post for work.

I wonder if they deployed some AI code that brought everything down?

It's been a while since I checked the Notion home page and I found this... Meet the night shift. Then the day shift comes in and has to fix everything. Ugh. Get AI out of here.

There's a Grim New Expression: "AI;DR" The slang is a sign of how overrun the internet is with AI slop — and how the real humans using it are fed up.

"Why should I bother to read something someone else couldn't be bothered to write?"

Aquatint by Goya: the sleep of reason produces monsters.

Not to be dramatic but I'm struggling more and more with the idea that life has any sort of meaning. I question human nature constantly and inch more to the idea that things will never generally improve. Six years ago we had a chance to veer towards better behaviours but now, it's plain psychosis.
