OK. But not in school, where there are cell phone bans everywhere (and probably should be). Plus, the cost of getting those drones for K - 12 students that are durable etc. I'm approaching this from a K - 12 teacher lens and someone who teaches those teachers. :-)

But if you want a handheld code platform and drone interface, everyone already has one?

We lost one of the greats. Dr. Heid was a beautiful human and an inspirational math educator. I can only hope to achieve even half of what she did in her lifetime. More importantly, she made us all feel welcomed and elevated. @nctm.org @amtenews.bsky.social

Why not? Coding on handheld calculators is a gateway to coding on other platforms among other uses. Add drones and you're teaching even more valuable skills. Plus. It's fun!
