The main thing I realized I wanted to say but didn’t, is that while it can be frustrating being hit by bad news all the time, it’s also very reassuring to see people taking action and being vocal about it. So thank you for that.

Yeah for sure, feels like the term still applies to those roles.

Publishing felt limited to those who work for game publishers. I like Games Industry as it covers anyone working for a studio or business that supports the broader gaming ecosystem and is inclusive of creative/non-business roles.

Games Industry? What I most commonly see for people who work in games biz dev or marketing (aka the people who would attend an E3 or Pax on behalf of their company).
