The Scottish Women's Rugby team have grown so much in recent years. Credit to Brian Easson. They are a joy to watch. Sadly the Scottish Rugby Union have really let them down. 15 contracts is a joke. I fear all the recent momentum will be lost. #Rugby

Good to meet you yesterday. Off the field the amount of pink bows in support of Georgia Evans yesterday was something else.

Great day at the Rugby in Exeter yesterday, in spite of the results. Met the @squidgerugby.bsky.social boys who do some great stuff and the daughter got some photos with Welsh players, and a decent chat with Gwen Crabb

It wasn't the result I was hoping for but still a great day. Gutted that these 2 great servants of Tigers didn't get the W to sign off. Still Finn Russell was a joy to watch.

A few weeks ago "So we're wearing our Finn shirts if Bath make the final?"

"Of course...mind you Tigers could be there too"

"You can deal with that if it happens."

I'll be the really warm bloke in his Tigers top and Finn Shirt!

Le Tour De Kilts are off to Twickenham, where we'd already agreed to wear our Finn Russell shirts...luckily they go with Tigers colours #Rugby

Me "Good shift out there today, nice try too."
Youngest "Yeah...I was happier with my carrying and off-loads than the try. That was just short-range and carrying a couple of their players over the line." Spoken like a forward

No it's all internal - it's a hybrid and the electric motor battery plus the starter battery have stopped charging...so it's pretty dead

My niece has been working as a video analyst for both Glasgow Warriors and Scotland Rugby....I admit to a tinge of stash envy when she sent me a video of her SRU kit.

Good news, my shirt matches the Youngest's boots. Eldest said he's saving his pink until tomorrow.

When your joining up with your sons U15 Rugby tour and the theme is 'pink' - this should meet the brief.

Enjoyed the Holy Trinity whilst in Ireland this week...Beamish is an under rated pint, and may well be my favourite.

Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to Twickers for the Rugby we go. Obviously I'm strictly neutral given it's the Red Roses v France...

It's been a good few weeks of reffing - until the hammy went reffing Junior 7s on Sunday, so I popped my trackies on and helped out as an AR. If you're hanging up playing boots, pick up a whistle and stay involved.
