Bought a model, brought it home and immediately built and painted it in one night, for once. A Castellan for my “Alpha Legion Auxiliary” guard . This was a test model for this scheme and I am absolutely chuffed with how he turned out.

First pathfinder ready (besides base and varnish) for my Farsight Enclaves kill team/army.

Really pleased with how he came out. Was going back and forth whether I wanted to do the Enclaves or some other scheme and I’m glad I went with the burgundy. Such a great color.

It seems like there is always a chance that decals just kinda explode. I hate that crap. Even when using some Mr Hobby decal setter/softer. Still, you made it work. It’s looking great!

Not long ago I painted those modern GW horses to go with my old Silver Helms, as the 90ies era elven steeds are butt ugly if you ask me.

They are lovely but trying to paint the parts obstructed by their barding almost drove me nuts.
