Wish I could say any of that helped with my depression/anxiety symptoms, but not really :/
But I think it's helped me be more mindful about Internet time. Whenever I find myself doomscrolling again, it pretty quickly just makes me feel like shit, like viscerally uncomfortable xD

I've been working to kick recommendatiom algorithms out of my life as much as I can. Quit Reddit & Facebook cold-turkey. On YT, if I see a video I'm interested in (either sub feed or algo.), it goes in a playlist. Then if I'm bored and in the mood to browse, I (doom)scroll the playlist, not recc.'s

Let me know if you have any problems or would like any advice! Been daily-driving Linux for about half a year now :>
