260 in that 6.5km on Wednesday I think it was. This week, injury aside hasn’t been that bad, last week and then including the weekend was 9 x 5km in a row. Brutal😂

Ahye it’s a killer, to think I never started until my own stroke recovery.
Got a slight intercostal muscle tear so the last 3 days have been a bit gingerly swam. Still some decent times John❤️🙏🏼

5K is 200 lengths, which I’m averaging in about 1hr:30 mins.
The physical issues are neck, skin and absolutely completely blocked nose.
I’m swimming probably double my usual total distance each day.

It’s been hard going Richie, Thursday morning after the champions league game I was literally dragged around the pool after an iso gel.
Skin struggling, neck muscles killing me but “ we continue” 😂
