An update: I need another 1.5k to get even on back rent, and after speaking to the property manager, they are giving me until Monday to get it in hand. No word on if this would impact re-signing my lease but they've been fairly understanding as of late, so hoping it'll be fine and I can re-sign.

I've basically got until the end of today to make a severe dent in this to convince my rental company to stay here, I'm doing everything I can behind the scenes to make some funds and applying for work daily, I can't lose this place man. Please help, even a little goes a long way
