Awkwardly, I had a scope go through both ends (not at the same time, and NOT the same camera!). I was definitely knocked out for it.

The prep isn't fun, but it also isn't terrible when it comes time to actually needing it though. Just make sure you have lots of jello on hand, that was all I ate.

I had to get the full scope a few years back due to some GI issues. It honestly wasn't that bad.

I made a honeybee friend yesterday. I was driving with the window down, and suddenly I see the little guy getting near my arm. Honeybees are pretty docile, so I stayed calm. It kept tapping one side of my arm.

I realized that was exactly where my peony tattoo was at.

I've come to the conclusion I'm not going to feel bad for showing up to a doctor's appointment a couple minutes late. I get checked in, I sit, I get taken back, then I *really* sit for a spell before I even see the doc. I spent more time waiting this morning than I actually spent talking.

It never fails I get some urgent ticket at 4:57 on a Friday.

It also never fails we get one at 5:01 and I literally dngaf because no one is going to die if they don't have access to some software until the next day.

When can I stop adulting? I'm kinda over it.

I am really tired of teams doing my fave player dirty. All preseason long, he was playing anywhere from 16-22 minutes a game. He's a team player, great work ethic, strong voice in the locker room.

Annnnnnnd he's on waivers to head back to the AHL.

I'm likely taking this harder than he is.

Can I just point out I love seeing Jost being the last man out of the locker room, and the last one off the ice in these preseason games. I just hope he keeps making the cut.

This wrist surgery has been a very humbling experience. I had to become a temporary left-handed person (very awkwardly). I had to ask for help a lot and rely on others for a lot of things.

Yesterday's lesson - I used a whopping ONE POUND weight at physical therapy.

Other than it being Friday (IT IS ABOUT TIME THIS HAS BEEN THE LONGEST WEEK EVER)... the high point is officially getting accepted into the Banana Ball K Club 🍌 ⚾

End of Life for Windows 10 is in a few weeks. Totally understandable. Frustrating, but understandable.

I solved the Wordle today with my starter word.

My follow-up appt with the orthopedic surgeon ended with me getting a dr's note putting me on light desk duty for a month until my next appt, and can start wearing my brace less.

I got a callback for a job interview.

I need to buy a lottery ticket.

Silver lining is that I'm missing the first week of classes this week :D

I've been off work for nearly a month recovering. I figured I'd go crazy, but honestly I am doing fine. The lack of stress is wonderful.

It's going to be *awful* come time I *do* have to go back.

Good grief, I haven't updated since my surgery... 23 days ago. I'm still alive!

My hand is still attached!

It hurts like a mfer, but it is still attached! Come to find out I tore my TFCC and also tore *along* my ECU tendon. It is all stitched up and stabilized. Out of the splint, now a brace.

As one of my final solid food meals/snacks, I decided to go to Sonic after my eye doc appt and get a snackie, as well as a PICKLERITA SLUSH.

I know what the first thing is that I want after surgery on Wednesday, and that is another Picklerita slush.

Tomorrow, nothing but clear fluids. Boo.

Belle always looks amazed. I'd do magic tricks for her. Even if they were awful, she'd make me feel like the best magician around! <3

Ha, I watched some videos on how to put in and remove contacts one-handed. The lady broke her left (not-dominant) hand, so I'm going to need to practice for sure.
