If I had a nickel for every time I mained an underrepresented low/mid tier character that got buffed into god-tier status by a horrible, horrible patch and now everyone hates my character, I'd have two nickels.

i was looking into this new Overwatch 2 Stadium mode and seeing people complain about how the mode is going to die because it doesn't give you enough battle pass experience for the time it takes and you can't endorse people at the end for bonus xp.

you know what, looking at the photo i took of the underground map I do see that there should be other routes that can reach the cart. So that's good! I'm guessing it's something to do with the torches but I haven't found the last one.

Valid up to a point, my complaint is about the main goal which as far as I can tell is gated by needing to pull that one very particular Outer Room, and you can only draft one Outer Room per run (AFAIK). I don't think there was any other way to move that cart and I'm not going to look it up yet.

I was extremely enjoying Blue Prince until I hit a point where I completely understood what I needed to do but was gated by RNG.

And then I managed that, and now again I completely understand what I need to do but I'm being gated by RNG.

Brilliant before that, though.

I feel like game developers could just keep making games at PS4-level fidelity that run perfectly at 4k/144hz and nobody would complain at all.

There's no reason to keep pushing for incremental gains while needing upscaling and framegen to hold a meager 60fps.

No Street Fighter at the local tonight but I got 3rd/15 in Tekken 8.

I didn't believe it last week but I see the vision now...

4th/10 in SF6, but 3rd/12 in Tekken 8 and I was on winners side grand finals in Guilty Gear Strive but we couldn't finish the bracket.

I literally practice street fighter daily, why am I doing better in the games I don't play?? 😭
