the Wednesday schedule is what I’m aiming for and how I worked most days last year but when I wake up in the morning I’m DEAD exhausted
My body is used to sleeping 12 long depression hours :/

I’m very privileged in the sense that I work flexible hours, so as long as a job gets done within a certain timeframe I can move my hours around

Yesterday I started 12 and only worked 6 hours
Today I started 10 and only worked 8 hours
Wednesday I started a bit past 8 and worked a bit more than 8

my lower back and ass HURT

returning to work is rough…. My body is doing better than expected but I am struggling so much with the sleep
