- Humming (stimulates vagus nerve)

I went to see Suffs and it should be required watching for everyone. So good!! I didn’t need a reason to be fired up over women’s rights but it sure added to my rage.

If the problem is foreign election interference, then they should have never disbanded the Foreign Influence Task Force, which investigates foreign election influence.

Love this! We lived in Norway for a year and starting eating a lot of rice pudding there. I especially like their cold rice pudding that has raspberry jam in it.

This week on our podcast we talked about HHS and RFK Jr. and of course, the day after we recorded, RFK Jr. made a claim that the keto diet can cure mental illnesses like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Smh
