I love both of their characters, but the Tempest is the more fascinating one to me. She's the spiritual leader of their people and more complex than she seems. Definitely a fun foil for Raef.

Finally watched Clown in a Cornfield last night. Slept on it too long. Nice mix of slasher action and comedy. I especially liked how it knew what it was doing in terms of tropes, cliches and setting up/inverting expectations. My favorite sweet spot in film or TV is smart posing as dopey.

I've got two books out this year and likely three next year. I'm still putting events together but I'll see what I can do.
