It's less telling, more your guys shouldn't think using arms to protect position is a foul. To be honest, I've thought about it and decided not to send it. Can't be arsed to enter a discussion about it. I'll take the learning that I can be more confident in my decision making because I got it right.

To be honest, I ignored him as I felt it was heat of the moment and I felt the fact I was stopping for the injury would take the sting out which it did. I'm going to send it to his coach though so they can see what a tit he was.
