Seeing this late, but glad you liked that. I wrote/voiced the video essay and edited the montage. Here's the clip on YouTube. www.youtube.com/watch?v=IC38...
Ladies and gentlemen... the Aristocrats!

This probably isn’t the developers’ top priority (although it should be), but I’d love to see the Bluesky app have an option to switch to the Julian calendar for those of us who reject the lies of Pope Gregory XIII
You've just been thrown to your death by the Beatles.
Check out Don Junior's face as he explores every emotion
we all have an emotional support dead famous guy and who he is says a lot about you
Watch it and tell me. I loved it, but I’m the lowest bar.
Page from DC Comics who's Who entry for Krytpo with heroic shots of Krypto and Superboy playing ball with meteors.
Loving the preview of @jamesgunn.bsky.social SUPERMAN film, cannot wait to see Krypto in action! In ancient days, I did the art for the Krypto entry for DC's Who's Who! Good times.
This weekend sports guy in Beaumont, Texas isn’t fucking around
And he's a very good boy.
It was a major surprise how big it wound up being. Really geared toward kids – the same company that does the Despicable/Minions movies did it.
I half-heartedly watched it on Peacock. It was very faithful to the videogame that I, a 42 year old man, played when I was six years old. This was apparently very important to a lot of people.
Oh, honey
I hope it works. Obviously. I like that the industry expectations are fairly conservative, because if it's *good*, I think it could really over-perform. If it's not, it won't.
It also doesn't need to be a juggernaut opening weekend to be a success. It needs to be a solid hit, like BATMAN BEGINS.
Superman is probably top ten or even top five most recognized IP in the world, alongside Mickey Mouse, Sherlock Holmes, Mario, Barbie, Batman, Spider-Man. Money on the table for years, just make it good and true.
My own biases aside, WB has continually lost out on easy money over the decades by not having a good Superman franchise that doesn’t try to reimagine or “fix” the character.
The success of the SUPER MARIO BROS and BARBIE movies should prove that “people like faithful adaptations of popular things“
Loved it.
I have long-winded feelings on it, obviously, but the gist - SUPERMAN RETURNS was really only made for fans of ‘78.
MAN OF STEEL was a good attempt, but ultimately just made for people who only like a particular take on superheroes.
This one, god-willing, might be for everyone.
I’m just a boy standing in front of a social media audience asking once again that the tagline for the poster of this movie be “How does the same thing happen to the same Santa twice?”
That said, the AI makes some solid points. theafricalogistics.com/logistics/ho...
I really hadn't considered how @jamesgunn.bsky.social's #Superman trailer release might impact shipping logistics in Africa
Nice

He knows guys. Whatchoo need?
Ms. Piggy is a given party monster.
My wife is adamant “they all did”, but Kermit seems more like a pills guy.
I got the Luigi Mangione manifesto. The real one, not the forgery circulating online. www.kenklippenstein.com/p/luigis-man...
Not sure it matters what the shooter's political ideology is. What's more relevant/actionable is the fact that his rage was widely understood by Americans, who by the way just reelected Trump. Hard to convince voters of the stakes of preserving a system that immiserated them.
