Yes, most C2PA cameras do not include or hash GPS data. Their primary attestation is that the image was captured on a real device with trusted firmware and that the pixel data has not been altered. If location is included, it is as an optional assertion rather than part of the core attestation.

I have been using Blossom because uploads are key‑signed, hashed with SHA‑256 for verifiable, auditable, globally addressable digests, CDNs love them, and the original file is preserved so its data attributes remain intact for C2PA.org.
